Irish Customers
Next day shipping anywhere in Ireland (Including Northern
Ireland) is just €4 by prompt and professional courier service. You receive a tracking number to track your
item and because it is handled by courier only this prevents damage in transit.
In order to receive it by next day orders should be placed by 2.30pm.
UK and Worldwide
You can choose from standard, registered or courier post. The rates and transit times are as follows:
Standard Post
- Transit time 2/3 working days by World Wide Airmail Delivery
Registered post
- Transit time 3/5 working days. This
post allows you to track and trace your item
Courier Post
- Next working day delivery. This Post allows you to track and trace your item.

Returns
& Refunds
In the unlikely event of returning your
purchase, you must apply for a Returns Merchandise authorization (RMA) code in
order to assist your return within 48hours of receiving your product. You must
obtain your RMA code by simply completing and emailing the RMA
application form to crystalsandco@gmail.com.
A code will be emailed to you that day (once received by 4pm) and once reason
for return has been cleared by CrystalsandCo
Please note Returns will be not processed
without an RMA code and will be returned to the sender.
Be aware there are no returns on:
- Earrings
- Custom Made products made especially for an individual customer
When you have received your RMA code, return
your item within the 7 days of delivery of your purchased items, unworn and
with its original packaging. Please also include a copy of the CrystalsandCo
receipt originally sent to you with your RMA code written on it.
Returning items is at your expense and your
responsibility. CrystalsandCo. com will not be responsible for any return
shipments that are lost, thus we advise you return the product by registered
post service for your protection. CrystalsandCo.com will not take
responsibility for any return shipments that are damaged while in return

Your refund will be made within 30 days when purchase has been returned to
CrystalsandCo. Your refund will be made through the same method as your
original payment and does not include original delivery charge
