Change of heart?
If you change your mind please return your item to us in its original condition and in its original packaging no later than 30 days from date the goods have been received by you. We will be happy to arrange an exchange or refund for you. Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refund or exchange on earrings.
Flaws
We strive to give you beautiful high quality pieces, in the unlikely event they are damaged we will happily replace the item. If an item is damaged or faulty upon delivery you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. All of our products are under warranty for 100 days from purchase. Outside this period replacements will be charged for accordingly.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for another style, please enter it on the returns form attached to your receipt or contact our Customer Service team on info@crystalsandco.com.
We will check stock levels accordingly and confirm how to send your item back to us.
Please note: return costs are not refunded but we will send out your (1st) replacement item for free.
Other Terms & Conditions
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt item to our office. Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase returns may take up to 10 working days to return to you.
Please note original postage is only refunded if the item is deemed faulty within 100 day guarantee and not caused by normal wear of the product (this excludes your rights within 30day cooling off period)
We do aim to get your exchange or replacement back to you as quickly as possible but depending on stock levels this could take a couple of weeks, you will be notified of any unusual delay.
